CRB 480 is high precision connection rod boring machine suitable for the boring of new connecting rods and for reconditioning of wornout connecting rods.
Bed: Fine grained graded alloy casting stress relieved after rough machining ensures rugged and vibration free base.
Spindle:Accurately ground spindles of various sizes ensures fast change over tools to achieve varying boring range and accuracy.
Fine Auto Feed: Fine finish in boring is achieved by adjusting fine auto feed by variable speed D.C moter.
Leveling Bolts: Leveling Bolts are provided to steady the machine, accurately to achieve better accuracy in boring.
